More about Devendra

Devendra Pun was born in the Himalayas in western Nepal - a mountain man by birth as well as occupation!

Devendra has been a guide-porter for more than 25 years, having started his working life as a porter.

Devendra holds a trekking guide license from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.

When he's not trekking, Devendra lives in Pokhara with his wife of over 30 years, Gomaya. They have two gorgeous children - a daughter, Krishna and a son, Bom.
